Let’s dive into how you can structure your classes using these dynamic tracks to create an exceptional dance class experience for your members.

Music Made For Dance Choreography

To ensure your class flows smoothly and keeps your participants engaged, here’s a breakdown of how to choreograph single track dance workouts using GO DANCE Volume 2:

1. Intro – Start your class with a 16-32 count introduction to allow participants to get into position. Use this time to brief them on the starting position and explain the dance style you’ll be incorporating into your session.

2. The Drop – When the track picks up energy, make the movements bigger and inject more intensity into your choreography. This is the perfect time to unleash dynamic moves, especially on tracks with a dance or hard house rave vibe.

3. The Verse – Utilise 64 counts for the verse, which can be divided into two 32-count segments or repeated left and right. Experiment with different movements to keep things fresh and engaging.

4. The Chorus – Similar to the verse, the chorus spans 64 counts but features different moves to complement the change in music dynamics. Get creative and make the most of this upbeat section to energise your participants.

5. Freestyle – Use the freestyle section as a break for participants to recover, or add in another section if desired. Encourage participants to express themselves and have fun with their movements during this segment.
