HiiT 4B employs a distinct ‘work phase’, dropping the beats right down in the ‘rest phase’ enabling you to instruct with confidence, knowing exactly where you are in your class plan.

Section 1 30:30 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 2 40:20 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 3 45:15 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 4 50:10 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Running Times & BPMs:
Section 1 30:30 – 136 BPM
Section 2 40:20 – 133 BPM
Section 3 45:15 – 137 BPM
Section 4 50:10 – 135 BPM
For this version of HiiT 4 we have removed the warm up and cool down for each section and replaced them with an 8 bar intro and outro, allowing you to get straight into your session without having to cue the start of the workout.
