Created by Rachel Holmes, HiiT 4B contains 4 sections featuring different work/rest ratios for fitness interval workouts.
HiiT 4B employs a distinct ‘work phase’, dropping the beats right down in the ‘rest phase’ enabling you to instruct with confidence, knowing exactly where you are in your class plan.
Workouts on this release include 30:30, 40:20, 45:15 and 50:10.

For this version of HiiT 4 we have removed the warm up and cool down for each section and replaced them with an 8 bar intro and outro, allowing you to get straight into your session without having to cue the start of the workout. For an alternate version that includes warm up and cool downs, please check out HiiT 4.
Each section downloads as a separate MP3 to your device allowing you to select which ones to use in your session.
