Mind Body Intervals 2 is perfect for teaching a wide range of classes.

Brought to you by Rachel Holmes, each workout is structured into timed intervals with varying Work:Rest ratios. A warm up mix and cool down section are also included.

With tempos ranging between 96 and 128 bpm , they are great for Pilates, Slow Body Conditioning, Barre Intervals, Core Work and Mobility Intervals.

Each workout can be a stand-alone class or slotted in as a section for variety and cross training.

Workouts include The 20 Workout, Target Zone, Mini Accumulator and an Express Every Minute On The Minute.
