All CDs and Downloads from Pure Energy Go are 100% legal and completely licence free, meaning you are able to play this in any venue or in online video without licensing restrictions.

I'VE BOUGHT AN ALBUM AS A DOWNLOAD, HOW WILL THIS BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your album will be delivered to you in two parts: the continuous mix downloads directly as an MP3 which you can play from your device or computer, and the individual tracks are delivered as a ZIP file, containing MP3 files of each track.

WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILES FROM PURE ENERGY?

You can download your purchases directly to a tablet or mobile device, or a PC or Mac with a modern web browser, older browsers are not supported. A broadband internet connection is strongly recommended to allow you to download your music as quickly as possible.

Please note, if you are downloading to play from an iPhone, you need to ensure your operating system is up to date or your phone may not offer you the option to save the downloaded MP3.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY PURCHASED DOWNLOADS?

Downloaded MP3s can be played directly from your device or through your PC/Laptop, or transferred to a compatible portable MP3 player or burnt to CD. Once you have downloaded music or bought a CD from us, it is yours to keep; however, it is prohibited to distribute, sell or share it with others.

CAN I USE MY PURE ENERGY ALBUM ONLINE?

Our Licence Free Music range is both PPL licence free and PRS licence free, so it is suitable for use in online sessions on all platforms including Zoom, Facebook Live, Instagram and YouTube without the risk of your video being muted or taken down.

THE SONG I WANT IS PART OF AN ALBUM... WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD IT SEPARATELY?

We only sell entire albums on the Pure Energy GO website.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of £2 across the whole website.

CAN I DOWNLOAD DIRECT TO A MOBILE DEVICE?

Yes you can download the full length mix as an MP3 directly to your tablet or mobile device. The individual tracks are delivered as a zip file, some mobile devices can open zip files but not all. We recommend that you download the zip to your main computer then sync the audio files to your device.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS PURCHASES FROM THIS SITE IN THE APP?

Yes, when the Pure Energy GO app is launched, all your previous Pure Energy GO purchases will automatically appear when you login to the app on your device.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY ITEMS?

Once you have purchased a download album, it is available for you to access from your account on the website if you need to re-download it. However, we do also recommend that you back up any purchases you have made from Pure Energy GO for safety.

WHY CAN'T I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

You need a separate login for your Pure Energy GO account, your login for our other site, www.pureenergymusic.com will not work on the Pure Energy GO site.

When you make your first purchase from this website, an account will be created automatically for you.

WHY CAN'T I SELECT THE CD VERSION OF AN ALBUM I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE?

If the CD option isn’t available, this means that the album is exclusively available as a download; we have either sold out of the CD or we have never made the album available as a physical product.
