CAN I USE MY PURE ENERGY ALBUM ONLINE?

The Pure Energy GO range is both PPL licence free and PRS licence free, so it is suitable for use in online sessions on all platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, Podcasts and all online platforms. Unlimited views and followers. However please check the restrictions below.

You can use Pure Energy GO albums for live streaming and pre-recorded videos and you can save your live videos.

Because the music is licence free, you can use it online without the risk of your video being muted or taken down. If, on the rare occasion, your video is muted on Facebook or YouTube, you may contest this.

Use in TV or radio advertising and paid subscription services is restricted. (If you’d like to use our music for any of these purposes please contact us for further information).

Our original artist releases and our PPL free Promix range that are available via our other website www.pureenergymusic.com are NOT cleared for online use.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY PURCHASE?

Downloaded MP3s can be played directly from your device or through your PC/Laptop, or transferred to a compatible portable MP3 player or burnt to CD.

You can also play your download purchases via the Pure Energy GO App.

Once you have downloaded music or bought a CD from us, it is yours to keep; however, it is prohibited to distribute, sell or share it with others.

I'VE BOUGHT AN ALBUM AS A DOWNLOAD, HOW WILL THIS BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your album will be delivered to you in two parts: the continuous mix downloads directly as an MP3 which you can play from your device or computer, and the individual tracks are delivered as a ZIP file, containing MP3 files of each track.

If you wish to play your downloads via the Pure Energy GO App, your purchases will appear automatically when you log in to the App. Use the same login details as you use for this website.

Your PC or Mac needs to have a modern web browser, older browsers are not supported. A broadband internet connection is strongly recommended to allow you to download your music as quickly as possible.

Please note, if you are downloading to play from an iPhone, you need to ensure your operating system is up to date or your phone may not offer you the option to save the downloaded MP3.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY ITEMS?

Once you have purchased a download album, it is available for you to access from your account on the website if you need to re-download it. However, we do also recommend that you back up any purchases you have made from Pure Energy GO for safety.

THE SONG I WANT IS PART OF AN ALBUM... WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD IT SEPARATELY?

We currently only sell entire albums on the Pure Energy GO website.

In the near future we will be introducing single tracks to the website and the Pure Energy GO App so you will be able to build your own playlists!

HOW DO I USE THE PURE ENERGY GO APP?

The Pure Energy GO App is a music player that allows you to play and control Pure Energy GO downloads directly from your handheld device.

Once you have purchased some Pure Energy GO downloads, you can then download the App to your Apple or Android device.

Log in to the App using the same details that you use to log in to this website. Your purchases will appear automatically.

Included within the App is a full user guide.

CAN I ACCESS MY CD PURCHASES IN THE APP?

At the moment, the Pure Energy GO App gives you access to your Pure Energy GO download purchases, it does not give you a digital version of any CDs you have purchased.

Currently, the App only delivers the Pure Energy GO downloads, not downloads purchased from our other website www.pureenergymusic.com

CAN I USE THE PURE ENERGY GO APP OFFLINE?

Once you have logged into the Pure Energy GO App, you can choose to stream your download purchases online, or download them to your device to play when you’re offline.

Please note: currently you need an internet connection to log in to the Pure Energy GO App but this will change in an upcoming version of the App, which you will be able to use completely offline.

WHY DOES THE APP CUT OUT ON ME?

If you are using the Pure Energy GO App on an Android device connected to a Bluetooth speaker, we have identified a battery optimisation issue whereby your device will close the App after 10 minutes to preserve your battery. We are currently working on a fix for this but in the meantime you can do the following:

1 – Open settings (Drag down twice from the top of the screen and click the cog icon)
2 – select battery
3 – select usage details.
4 – click on any visible app.
5 – click on battery optimisation
6 – find and click the Pure Energy App.
7 – Select Don’t Optimise.

WHY CAN'T I SELECT THE CD VERSION OF AN ALBUM I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE?

If the CD option isn’t available, this means that the album is exclusively available as a download; we have either sold out of the CD or we have never made the album available as a physical product.

CAN I USE ALLOCATION FROM MY PURE ENERGY MEMBERSHIP ON THE PURE ENERGY GO WEBSITE?

WHY CAN'T I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

You need a separate login for your Pure Energy GO account, your login for our other site, www.pureenergymusic.com will not work on the Pure Energy GO site.

When you make your first purchase from this website, an account will be created automatically for you.
