HiiT 2 by Rachel Holmes


Created by Rachel Holmes, this is the world’s first HiiT protocol designed for online and social media workouts. Ring the changes by introducing new timings and protocols for your sessions. The music is pumping, energetic and motivating making this GO release a firm favourite.

Workout 1 is an 18 minute Tabata, working with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Tabata protocols. Workout 2 is EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) with a minute rest between blocks. Workout 3 is Pyramid working in 50,40,30,20,10 second ratios and then 10,20,30,40,50 second ratios for unique and challenging interval protocols. Workout 4 is the familiar 40:20 giving you ample time to teach and catch each interval and for your clients to work hard with the 40 second intervals.

1. Tabata (144 BPM) – 20:10 x 8 – 60 seconds rest. Repeat x4
2. Every Minute On The Minute (144 BPM) – 60 seconds work x 5 – 60 seconds rest. Repeat x5
3. Pyramid (140 BPM)50:40:30:20:10 work – 30 seconds rest / 10:20:30:40:50 work – 60 seconds rest. Repeat x4.
4. 40:20 Intervals (144 BPM) – 40s work : 20 seconds rest x 6 – 45 seconds rest. Repeat x4

This album is licence free, meaning it is suitable for use in online sessions on all platforms including Zoom, Facebook Live, Instagram and YouTube without the risk of your video being muted or taken down.

Each workout downloads as a separate MP3 to your device allowing you to select which ones to use in your session.
