Pilates Intervals 1 by Rachel Holmes


Rachel Holmes presents the first Pure Energy GO Pilates Intervals release.

Fitness Pilates 1 consists of 24 intervals of 1 minute of work and 30 seconds of rest.

The music for each interval runs at a constant 92 BPM and has a laid-back chilled out vibe which works for a wide variety of Pilates exercises and sequences, allowing you to create a fresh fusion-style class for your online and social media programmes.

Workout format is:

  • 60 seconds work / 30 seconds rest x 4.
  • Repeat x 6.
  • Cool Down / Chill 5 minutes.

Pilates Intervals Volume 1 is licence free, meaning it is suitable for use in online sessions on all platforms including Zoom, Facebook Live, Instagram and YouTube without the risk of your video being muted or taken down.
