Developed by kettlebell fitness expert and international presenter, Steve Watson, Kettle Beats 2 takes a different format to the first release, in the form of a warm up, 3 interval based protocols and a cool down to end the workout.

These workouts don’t follow a set kettlebells programme, instead they provide high quality background music that gives you the backdrop for any kind of kettlebell conditioning, whether you teach kettlebells in a circuit or part of a total body conditioning workout.
All the music used in Kettle Beats 2 is licence free, meaning you can use them online or in face-to-face classes with no additional licence fees to pay.
