Workout 3 (20:15 Accumulator) – 20s work : 15s rest | 20:20s work : 15s rest | 20:20:20s work : 15s rest etc. up to 10x work
Workout 4 (90:60:30) – 90 seconds cardio, 60 seconds resistance, 30 seconds core, repeat x2. 60 sec rest. repeat x4.
