HiiT 6 is another versatile licence free intervals release that’s perfect teaching online, outdoors or in the studio.
We’ve added a new 30/30 workout to this edition, alongside 40/20, 45/15 and 50/10, giving you 4 different work/rest ratios to construct your sessions.
Each workout has 12 intervals with a 60 second rest between rounds. There are 3 rounds per workout and each workout is 38 minutes long.
At 150 BPM, HiiT 6 is perfect for circuits, intervals, HiiT and HiiT style indoor cycling classes.
Each workout downloads as a separate MP3 allowing you to select which ones to use in your session.
