Created by Rachel Holmes, HiiT 4 contains 4 sections featuring different work/rest ratios for fitness interval workouts. HiiT 4 employs a distinct ‘work phase’, dropping the beats right down in the ‘rest phase’ enabling you to instruct with confidence, knowing exactly where you are in your class plan.

Running Times & BPMs:
Section 1 30:30 – 136 BPM

Section 4 50:10 – 135 BPM
For this version of HiiT 4 we have removed the warm up and cool down for each section and replaced them with an 8 bar intro and outro, allowing you to get straight into your session without having to cue the start of the workout. Each section downloads as a separate MP3 to your device allowing you to select which ones to use in your session.
