Created by Rachel Holmes, HiiT 4 contains 4 sections featuring different work/rest ratios for fitness interval workouts. HiiT 4 employs a distinct ‘work phase’, dropping the beats right down in the ‘rest phase’ enabling you to instruct with confidence, knowing exactly where you are in your class plan.

Section 1 30:30 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 2 40:20 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 3 45:15 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3
Section 4 50:10 x 12. 60s Rest. Repeat x 3

Running Times & BPMs:

Section 1 50:10 – 135 BPM
Section 2 45:15 – 137 BPM
Section 3 40:20 – 133 BPM
Section 4 30:30 – 136 BPM

This version of HiiT 4 includes warm up and cool downs on each section, providing you with almost 4 hours of music. For an alternate version without warm up and cool downs, please check out HiiT 4B.

Each section downloads as a separate MP3 to your device allowing you to select which ones to use in your session.
