Yet another fantastic HiiT production!!!
I used the ‘Mega Abs Blast’ last night for my Aerobics & Tone online class, it was perfect to use for my toning section, the 45secs timings are just great. This will also fit in nicely with my LIFT LEAN workouts too due to the shorter time. Thank you PE Team!!! x

HIIT 15 – my new fave HIIT Protocol. I’ve used the Mega Abs Blast for All About the Abs and the 24 Workout (which I think is my new all time fave) which I’ve used for LBT Intervals – 60 / 10, 24 exercises straight through = spot on.
