“This Barre Elements is focusing on planning your class based around interval timings and making mini routines you perform all on the left side then repeat them on the right.

Adding an intervals element to your barre workout is great for adding an additional way of planning sessions. These protocols are great for adding strength and almost working to fatigue depending on the techniques used. There is then the bonus of knowing everything is symmetrical.

As this is based around working down one side then repeating the sequences on the opposite side, this will also work great workout for other classes such as:
Yoga Intervals, Pilates Intervals and Slow Strength Intervals, not just for Barre. Let’s get creative!”
